Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship from?
Rizen Pickleball ships orders from the United States and Thailand. Orders are fulfilled from the location closest to you whenever possible to ensure faster delivery.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship internationally, including throughout Asia and North America. Available shipping options and rates will be shown at checkout.

How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary by destination:

  • United States: 3–7 business days

  • Thailand & Southeast Asia: 2–5 business days

  • Other international locations: 5–12 business days

Delivery times may vary due to customs processing or local carriers.

Will I be charged customs duties or taxes?
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees determined by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price.

Returns & Warranty

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for unused paddles only.

To be eligible for a return, paddles must:

  • Be unused and in original condition

  • Include original packaging

  • Show no signs of play, wear, or damage

All approved returns are subject to a $10 restocking/shipping fee, which will be deducted from the refund.

How do I start a return?
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@rizenpickleball.com. Once approved, we will email you return instructions.

Do you offer a warranty?
Yes. The Rizen Ascent Paddle includes a limited warranty that covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Cosmetic damage

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or modifications

Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.

Yes. The Rizen Ascent Paddle is USA Pickleball approved and legal for tournament play.

What materials are used in the Ascent paddle?
The Ascent features a raw Toray T700 carbon fiber face, designed to enhance spin, control, and durability.

What is the paddle weight?
Each paddle falls within a carefully selected weight range to ensure consistent performance. Exact specifications can be found on the product page.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
