Warranty

1. WARRANTY COVERAGE

Rizen Pickleball (“Company”) warrants to the original retail purchaser (“Purchaser”) that our pickleball paddles will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for the applicable Warranty Period set forth below.

2. WARRANTY PERIODS

  • 6-month warranty: All Rizen paddle models are warranted for 180 days from the date of original purchase.

3. REMEDY

During the applicable Warranty Period, Rizen Pickleball will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace any paddle determined to be defective in materials or workmanship. Replacement paddles may be new or refurbished.

4. WARRANTY CLAIM PROCESS

  1. To make a warranty claim, provide a valid proof of purchase from an authorized retailer, including date of purchase and product information.

  2. Rizen Pickleball reserves the right to inspect any product subject to a warranty claim to determine coverage.

  3. Our determination regarding warranty applicability is final and binding.

5. LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS

  • This warranty is non-transferable and extends only to the original Purchaser.

  • This warranty does not cover:

    • Normal wear and tear

    • Damage from misuse, abuse, accidents, or failure to follow instructions

    • Improper storage, maintenance, or transportation

    • Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, fading)

    • Grip wear from normal use

    • Modified or altered products

    • Products used for commercial or rental purposes

    • Damage caused by factors beyond the Company’s control

6. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

Except for the express warranties above, Rizen Pickleball disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Rizen Pickleball is not liable for any incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of revenue or profit, arising from the sale, use, or performance of products, even if advised of potential damages.

8. GOVERNING LAW

This warranty is governed by the laws of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.

 

Returns

1. RETURN PERIOD

Customers may return items within 30 days of the original purchase date.

2. CONDITION OF RETURNED PADDLES

  • Only unused paddles in their original packaging are eligible for return.

  • Paddles that have been played, modified, or show signs of use are not eligible for return.

3. RESTOCKING FEE

All approved returns are subject to a $10 restocking fee, deducted from the refund. Restocking fees do not apply to defective or incorrect items.

4. BUNDLES

Items purchased as part of a bundle or set must be returned together in full. Partial bundle returns are not accepted.

5. PROMOTIONAL GIFT CARDS

If items from an order containing a promotional gift card are returned and the remaining order value drops below the promotion threshold ($200 or $300), the gift card is voided.

  • If already redeemed, Rizen Pickleball reserves the right to deduct the gift card value ($30 or $50) from the refund.

6. RETURN PROCESS

To initiate a return, email pickleballrizen@gmail.com with your order details.

  • Allow 1–5 business days for processing after we receive the returned item.

  • International returns are responsible for return shipping.

7. LOST OR MISSING PACKAGES

  • All orders include tracking. Once a package leaves our facility, delivery issues must be addressed with the carrier.

  • Customers should check delivery locations, contact the carrier, and file claims as needed.

  • Rizen Pickleball may investigate lost package claims and issue replacements or refunds at our discretion.
